Welcome to Wayfarers Sports Club Hockey Section.
Home matches are normally played on "Astro" at Queen Elizabeth's School, Wimborne-view map
 
Wayfarers men are represented by teams playing in in the Hampshire Leagues and the ladies by teams playing in the West of England Leagues. Friendly matches are arranged for the juniors and mixed teams. During May to July both sections compete in the Summer Leagues.

A Mixed "7"s Tournament with 48 teams participating,is organized at Wayfs home ground[on grass],on the 2nd weekend of July every year.

Training nights[at Q/E] are Tues. 19.30-21.00[Men], Weds.19.30-21.00[Ladies] and Tues. 1830-1930[Minis]Junior
sessions are held side by side with the senior sessions, and there is a
separate taster session for youngsters under 13 on Tuesdays from 630 to
730pm. Anyone interested in playing hockey is welcome to join any of these
